About us

At ZenQhi, we believe that success in both life and business is built on a strong foundation of skills and mental resilience. ZenQhi was created to help people transform the beliefs, habits, and thought patterns that hold them back. With a background in the consulting industry as a Director in a global company with hundreds of employees, I have spent the last 14 years operating in high-pressure environments where quick, strategic decision-making and managing client expectations became second nature. These roles demand clarity, confidence, and resilience — leaving little room for overthinking or inner imbalance.

Yet behind the performance, I often struggled with overthinking, second-guessing, and sleepless nights. In my effort to overcome these patterns, I began studying Ericksonian Hypnosis and hypnotherapy to understand how our thinking shapes our behaviour, emotions, and ultimately our wellbeing. Everything is connected — and it all begins with our mindset and thought patterns.

Through years of learning and practice, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how hypnotherapy can reduce stress, strengthen decision-making, and cultivate a calm, focused mind even in the most demanding situations. This is the foundation of my work today: helping others create mental clarity, emotional balance, and a mindset that supports their goals rather than limits them.

Visualization exercises, helping participants mentally “rehearse” a positive response to stressful situations, which increases confidence and emotional control.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness techniques focus on grounding participants in the present, reducing anxiety and managing performance pressure.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses deep relaxation to access the subconscious mind and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. It helps reduce stress, improve clarity, and support positive behavioural change.
